Mandatory rights remain protected
Core store terms

How access, orders and store use work.

The following clauses apply whenever you browse the store, submit information, make a purchase or interact with MotionGear services.

01

Acceptance and eligibility

By using the store, you confirm that you have reached the age of legal majority in your place of residence or that you are using the store with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the store or purchase products for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the store.

02

Store information and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, imagery, compatibility guidance, pricing and availability as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, production changes and supplier updates may cause minor differences in color, finish, packaging or included details.

We may update, correct, suspend or remove store content without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.

03

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgment confirms that the order was received, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

MotionGear may decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable inventory, payment failure, delivery restrictions or incorrect customer information.

If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be returned through the original payment method, subject to the processing rules of the payment provider.

04

Prices, payment and taxes

Product prices and promotional terms may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout at the time an order is submitted will generally apply, subject to correction of obvious errors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information. Payment processing may be performed by independent payment service providers and may be subject to their security checks and separate terms.

Taxes, duties, fees or other charges may apply depending on the order and destination. Where the store is required to collect an amount, it will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated as required.

05

Shipping, delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, customs procedures and other events outside MotionGear’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address and for reviewing shipment information promptly. Risk and title transfer according to applicable law and the delivery arrangements for the order.

06

Returns, refunds and warranty matters

Returns, refunds, replacements and warranty requests are subject to the information displayed on the store, the condition of the product, applicable product-specific terms and any mandatory consumer rights.

A return request is different from a warranty review. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, incompatibility or unauthorized modification may affect the available outcome.
